These are a good go to type meal for a quick tasty lunch.
- 8 Mission Flour Tortillas 3/4 cup s Kraft Miracle Whip Dressing 9 Oz Oscar Mayer Deli Style Shaved Smoked Turkey Breast 8 H‑E‑B Swiss Singles 8 romaine lettuce leaves 2 roma tomato, thinly sliced
Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap or paper towels and heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of Kraft Miracle Whip Dressing.
Top tortilla with turkey, two Swiss cheese singles, lettuce leaf and two or more tomato slices.
Roll up the tortilla wrap and secure with a toothpick.
Place in a serving dish and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate turkey wraps until ready to serve.
Crispy Herb Butter Roast Beef Grilled Cheese
This sandwich is one of my favorites and is fairly quick and easy to make.
- 4 Tsp Roasted Garlic and Herb Finishing Butter 4 slices Naturally Leavened Country White Bread 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese 6 Oz Sliced Roast Beef
Preheat a large pan over medium-low heat.
Spread a teaspoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread. Set two slices in pan, buttered side down.
Layer a slice of cheese, 3 ounces of roast beef and another slice of cheese on bread in pan. Cook 3 minutes covered until golden brown.
Once bread is golden brown, place other slices of bread (buttered side up) on cheese. With a spatula, lightly press bread into cheese to keep it together. Then flip.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. If desired, while cooking place something heavy (a brick wrapped in foil or cast iron skillet) on grilled cheeses for a deliciously crispy sandwich.

Healthy Lunch Tip
Use foods from the five core food groups:
vegetables and legumes/beans
grain (cereal) foods, mostly wholegrain and/or high fibre
lean meat and poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts and seeds, and legumes/beans
milk, yogurt, cheese and/or their alternatives, mostly reduced fat
This will ensure that you’re receiving adequate nutrition from various food groups during the day.
Sandwiches, wraps and rolls are common main lunch items. Choose wholemeal or multigrain varieties and include lots of vegetables.
Use a variety of fillings to keep it interesting.
Encourage yourself and everyone to drink water throughout the day.
Limit foods with added sugar, added salt and those high in saturated fat.
